Leaders call for Congo rebels to halt advance
SAKE, Congo Regional leaders satisfying in Uganda on Saturday asked for an end to the advance by M23 rebels to Congo's capital, and additionally urged the Congolese government to rest with rebel leaders as locals ran away some towns for worry of even more combating in between the rebels and army.
